Mörkekraft enters the Doom Charts with Fragments

The monthly Doom Charts list gathers votes from writers, DJs, reviewers and underground heavy music contributors from around the world, highlighting standout releases across stoner rock, doom, psychedelic rock and related genres.

Fragments received 1422 points and is listed as a new entry in the stoner rock / psychedelic rock category, representing Farsund, Norway and Argonauta Records.

Doom Charts describes Mörkekraft as “a trio from Norway who makes a memorable first impression with their debut album Fragments,” highlighting the album’s “eight solid tracks of stony heavy rock peppered with alternative rock energy and bluesy swagger.”

The write-up also points to the band’s powerful, expressive vocals, catchy hooks and emotional intensity, describing Fragments as an album with “an infectious sound that implores you to listen up and a soul that has the power to resonate with all of us.”

For Mörkekraft, the placement marks an important milestone following the release of their debut album through Octopus Rising / Argonauta Records.
