These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through this webshop.
2. Products
We sell physical merchandise and music-related products, including but not limited to vinyl records, t-shirts, hoodies, caps, and other band merchandise.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to correct errors in product descriptions, prices, images, and stock levels.
3. Prices
Mörkekraft is currently not registered for VAT in Norway, and no VAT is charged on orders from this webshop.
Shipping costs are added at checkout unless otherwise clearly stated.
4. Order Confirmation
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation does not mean the order has been finally accepted if there is a clear pricing error, stock issue, or other obvious mistake.
We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of pricing errors, technical issues, unavailable stock, or suspected fraud. If payment has already been made, any refunded amount will be returned using the original payment method.
5. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.
Payment is processed at the time the order is placed, unless otherwise stated by the payment provider.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to the countries listed at checkout.
Estimated shipping rates are shown at checkout and may vary depending on destination and product type.
Orders are normally processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs handling, postal services, and seasonal demand.
Under Norwegian consumer rules, goods must be delivered without unnecessary delay and normally no later than 30 days after purchase unless a different delivery time has been agreed.
Shipping for Large or Unusual Orders
Our standard shipping rates are based on normal order sizes.
If an order is unusually large, heavy, or requires special packaging, we reserve the right to contact the customer regarding an adjusted shipping cost before dispatch. In such cases, the customer may choose to:
- accept the adjusted shipping cost, or
- cancel the order for a full refund before shipment.
This clause is included to avoid undercharging on exceptionally large orders while keeping standard shipping simple for normal purchases.
7. Customs, Import Duties, and Taxes
For orders shipped outside Norway, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
8. Right of Withdrawal / Cancellation
If you are a consumer, you may have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day after you receive the goods, unless an exception applies. This follows the Norwegian cancellation rules for distance sales.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within the cancellation period by email or other clear written notice.
The goods must then be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you informed us of the cancellation. The customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping unless otherwise agreed. This is also reflected in the Norwegian Consumer Authority’s standard sales conditions.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof that the goods have been returned.
Returned items must be in substantially the same condition as received. You may inspect the goods as you would in a physical store, but you may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and function of the goods. The Norwegian Consumer Authority’s guidance reflects this principle.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal may not apply to certain goods, including:
- sealed audio or video recordings if the seal has been broken,
- customised or clearly personalised goods,
- other products exempt under applicable law.
9. Returns
If you wish to return an item, please contact us first at [email].
Unless the return is due to damage, defect, or our error, the customer is responsible for safe return packaging and return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns.
10. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Goods
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at [email] and include:
- your order number,
- a description of the issue,
- clear photos if relevant.
If the item is defective or we sent the wrong product, we will offer an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law, such as replacement, repair, refund, or price reduction depending on the circumstances.
11. Uncollected Parcels
If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge the customer the actual return and handling costs, unless the failure to collect was caused by our error.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this webshop or from delayed delivery caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights.
13. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to postal disruption, customs delays, strikes, natural disasters, war, pandemics, cyber incidents, or supply chain disruption.

15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Norwegian law.
If a dispute cannot be resolved directly between the parties, consumers in Norway may contact the Norwegian Consumer Council for mediation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, the case may be brought before the Consumer Disputes Commission.
